Haw Par Villa
One of Singapore’s best-known parks, Haw Par Villa was built in 1937 to educate the public on Chinese culture and values, such as filial piety.
Haw Par Villa is famous for its often gruesome depictions of Chinese folklore’s 18 Courts of Hell. Located on a hill in Pasir Panjang, Haw Par Villa is named after the Burma-born Aw brothers, who created the medical ointment Tiger Balm.

Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum
The Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum is a museum of natural history at the Kent Ridge Campus of the National University of Singapore. Officially opened on 18 April 2015, it houses the Raffles Natural History Collection.

NUS Museum
