Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve
Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve is Singapore’s first ASEAN Heritage Park since 2003 where it was recognized as a site of international importance for migratory birds. During migatory seasons, September to March, you may catch sight of rare shorebirds or waders including plovers and sandpipers.

Hay Dairies Pte Ltd
Milking sessions last from 9am to 11am, so visitors are encouraged to come in the morning. So, bring the little ones there early as they will be able to view the goats at a closer gap. Watch the goats as they leave their pens, towards the milking parlour where farmers use high-tech equipment to express milk from the goats’ udder. The kids will certainly be delighted.
Singapore’s only goat farm is open to the public. Take in the sights and sounds of goats in various stages in life. The kids can buy hay from the main shop and feed the goats.

Jurong Frog Farm
We were told that Jurong Frog Farm indeed originated at Jurong and they only moved to Lim Chu Kang in 1993. They farm only American Bullfrogs and supply frog meat to local eateries.

Bollywood Veggies Pte Ltd
The Bollywood Veggies story started in 2000, shortly after Ivy Singh and her husband Lim Ho Seng shelved their plans to move to Perth. With the death of one of Ivy’s best friend’s husband, the couple pondered the direction their lives would take in their retirement years. Unwilling to waste away on a golf course, and cherishing their local friendships, the duo considered wider options.

Kin Yan Agrotech is Singapore’s largest organic wheatgrass farm and grower of fresh edible cactuses, aloe vera, mushrooms, and roselle fruits. This cute as a button farm is open to the public too for families who want to wander around and see how organic wheatgrass is actually produced! You can also pick up a select range of fresh produce whilst you’re there, taste their products, or join in on any of their live cooking demos or wheatgrass juicing sessions.

Aero Green Technology (s) Pte Ltd
Aero-Green Technology is the first in Asia to adapt aeroponics technology to grow temperate vegetable commercially. Vegetables grown on the farm includes butterhead lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Batavia, egg plants, Sweet Basil and many others. Not only vegetables are grown here, but also fruits and herbs. This 5.3ha farm is located opposite Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.

Hausmann Marketing Aquarium
Hausmann Marketing Aquarium has many small ponds build with concrete wall or fibre tanks and a big mug pond. There are aquarium fish, koi and fish commonly found in market. There is also a children playground for kids to run about and feeding koi. Kids can also experience kampung life and enjoy ‘longkang fishing’ (fishing from a drain). You can do fishing and buy some seafoods for dinner as well.

KhaiSeng Trading & Fish Farm
KhaiSeng Trading & Fish Farm Pte Ltd is the only fish farm in Singapore that obtained a license from Agri-food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore to operate a retail outlet on its own premises. The 3.8 ha farm breeds and rears fish like giant snakeheads, grouper, red tilapia, bullfrog, patin, toman and grass carp. The fish are bred in ponds, and before they are sold, will be moved to concrete tanks in the retail section for a few days so they can be detoxified.
